This listing is for this Motorola TRACFONE.

Model C139 GSM.

I don't know much about these, but I've plugged in the charger and it powers on just fine.  The main screen shows "Unregistered SIM" and "Charging."  I've scrolled through and found a screen that states "Airtime Tank Info 118.4 units 12/06/07." 

I have no idea if you need some sort of password to access this phone, and was told the units would have expired after 60 days.

The Motomanual is included as well as some other paperwork.
