Any modifications to this policy must be in writing and agreed upon by seller and buyer.

We encourage all bidders to ask any questions they may have prior to placing their bids. We have provided an email link below or use the "Ask Seller a Question" Link provided by Ebay in the auction. We will do our best to answer all questions prior to the auction ending.

1. Insurance and/or Delivery Confirmation may be required for ALL International shipments and these costs will be added to the regular S&H costs. International buyers who have a confirmed Paypal address AND pay through Paypal are exempt from this.

International buyers are solely responsible for any Tariffs, Duty Taxes or any other costs that may may incur under their postal system.

2. We reserve the right to require signature delivery confirmation, and/or insurance for any US bidder who has, less than 5 feedbacks, a low positive feedback % (below 90%), or who does not have a PayPal confirmed address. If signature confirmation and/or insurance cost is extra, these costs will be added to any regular S&H costs.

3. Bidders with any negative feedback for non payment may be rejected and blocked from future bidding on our auctions. To avoid the possibility of having your bids blocked please contact us prior to bidding if you fall in this category.

4. It will be assumed that all bidders placing bids have read these policies and agree with them.
