DETAILS:  Original unpublished photograph. Features a private moment among Senators during an evening party. Standing center is Sen. Prescott Bush - father of future president George Bush Sr. To his right is Sen. Javits Dirksen - future father-in-law of Senator Howard Baker. Seated center is Alice Roosevelt Longsworth - daughter of President Theodore Roosevelt. To her left waving a fan is Dorothy Walker Bush -- the grandmother of future President George W. Bush. Has a wonderful festive feel to it. Oversized, measuring 11" x 14". Printed on photographic paper.
