Checkout Procedures & Acceptable Payment Methods
We accept PayPal for payment of all transactions unless the buyer requests another payment method prior to the end of the listing. Payment is expected within 7 days of the close of the listing. If you cannot make payment within this generous timeframe please notify us before the end of the seven days.
Important Information Concerning Domestic Shipping & Handling
We take a great deal of pride in providing collectors and enthusiasts with desirable items using eBay. Virtually everything we offer for sale or auction is of a fragile nature. Therefore, we package all listings using NEW premium-shipping materials to ensure safe delivery of our merchandise.
We prefer to ship our items via Priority Mail for fragile items as there is less handling and fewer chances for damage that can occur with ground transportation and shipping.
On items weighing over 3 pounds we offer you a choice of ground or air so you may choose the most economical shipping method to save money. The USPS recently increased the rates for Parcel Post shipments so the difference between Parcel Post and Priority Mail may be less than one dollar.
Our mission is to serve our customers well. We believe the safe arrival of our merchandise to you is of the utmost importance. We add a handling fee based on the materials used to every listing to cover the cost of the shipping materials and packaging when applicable. This fee is based on the materials we deem necessary to properly secure the merchandise. We package all of our items in a SMOKE-FREE environment.
The United States Postal Service has made several changes that have increased the costs associated with shipping via Priority Mail. There is now a surcharge for packages larger than 12 x 12 x 12 inches so be sure to take this into consideration for larger items.
There is a shipping estimator in all listings it will provide you with an accurate estimate of your total shipping charges. Please use the estimator prior to bidding as we will not negotiate shipping charges after the listing ends.
Please note that we ship from Miami, Florida and as such, shipments to locations west of the Mississippi will be higher.
Important Information Concerning International Shipping & Handling
Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Italy.
We welcome international bidders. The recent postal service rate increase has doubled the cost of international mail parcels leaving the United States. Please take this into consideration before placing your bid. All international shipments are sent using United States Priority International Mail. We do not use First Class international. There is a minimum handling charge of $3.00 added to all International shipments regardless of destination. We require shipping insurance on all international shipments. We utilize an independent underwriter for all insurance policies on all orders based on the selling price and total shipping charges of your order.
Claims for loss will not be accepted prior to 46 days after the ship date. An affidavit for loss will be required before any claims are filed. For all other locations outside the United States please email us for a quote for shipping to locations outside the USA before you bid.

We accept most items for return within 5 days of receipt. You must notify us in writing of your reason for return to obtain an authorization for your return. You will be responsible for the costs and safe return of the merchandise to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise we will issue a refund in the amount of your purchase price. No shipping charges will be refunded on correctly described items. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in transit that were uninsured.
