Pretty Watercolor Farm Scene Painted Both Side Unframed

Signed Landscape Watercolor Painting - Country Farm Scene

I bought several unframed watercolors at a local estate sale.  I bought the one pictured because of the farm scene which I thought was nicely done.  When I got home I discovered that there was a painting on the back of the paper - equally nice. 

The front painting with the red barn is signed N. Petrie - the sellers said there were several family members who are artists.  The painting on the back is not signed but written on the top of the paper is "Central Ohio".  The paintings are in good vintage condition, nice colors, ready to be framed.  The back picture has what looks like some adhesive on the top edge - maybe it was matted at one time.  

Painting measures 22" wide by 15".  Will ship in a tube unless you want me to keep it flat which I can also do. Just let me know.
