RETURN POLICY:

When your new electric scooter or scooter lift arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage to your new product the manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it with a new scooter at the manufacturers option. If the correct scooter or lift is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it. Simply call our customer service number at 800-710-4964 let us know you want to return the scooter, and we will send you a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of your signed form we will issue a return authorization number. To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number call us at 800-710-4964 . If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee. Large items such as power wheelchair lifts, power scooter lifts, and electric scooters require re-stocking fees and shipping charges. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees. Customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the scooter. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the scooter is received at the manufacturers facility in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of the electric scooter, less a 15% restocking fee and $156.00 for the outbound freight charges.
