Some of these new reproduction antiques are so well made that you have to do a double take to make sure they aren't the real deal. These certainly fooled me when I saw them.

The mold used to make these beauties was made from an actual antique lard paddle. All the original flaws, whorls and splits in the wood are evident A hole in the handle with a leather strap allows you to hang it.

It measures 8" long. The scoop is about 4" x 4".. They have an amazing primitive look to them and would make a perfect accent piece in your country kitchen at a fraction of the cost of an authentic antique.

Place it among your other primitive treasures.

Hang it on a wall with a grouping of old tapers......the uses are endless. (You'll receive the paddle only, all other props are not included).
