After winning an item from us, please follow these easy instructions:
 Checkout Instructions : Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will receive a winning bidder notification, along with a checkout link. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item. This link will include ALL of the items that you won from us, with consolidated shipping.

Standard Delivery – Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.

Express Service – Please allow approximately 4-6 business days for delivery upon receipt of your order.

Service Outside the lower 48 States
– To calculate delivery, use Standard shipping charges, plus $6.50 per item (excluding doll stands). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and all U.S. Territories may require additional delivery time. At this time we do not ship to APO, FPO addresses.

No express delivery to P.O. Boxes or outside the contiguous United States.

Payment
Payment must be provided within 5 days of auction close.
Collections Etc. accepts all major credit cards (Discover, Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and PayPal.
At this time, Collections Etc. does NOT accept any checks, cash, payments from foreign Paypal accounts or money
orders.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Collections Etc. offers an unconditional satisfaction guarantee for our entire line of merchandise. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for exchange or a full merchandise refund or credit within 100 days of the date of your purchase.

Returns are easy! Here's how: |

Please complete the “RETURN REASON” Form on the back of your packing slip. Return this form with your
package, postage prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

We advise that you insure your package and request delivery confirmation for your protection. Collections Etc. is not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.
|
|
Please contact customer service at auctions@collectionsetc.com for return authorization.
|
|
If returning multiple cartons, please return the items with the matching invoice in each carton.
|
|
If you do not request an exchange on your RETURN REASON Form, a refund will be processed if you paid by PayPal. If payment was by credit card, we will credit your account.

Collections etc. will automatically leave positive feedback once it has
been left for us.
