The Cliffs Club Phase I & Phase III is located in Princeville on Kauai's north- ern coast. At the resort you'll find an outdoor pool a spa for adults a coed sauna four tennis courts putting green horseshoes and barbecue grills. One of the major attractions is the 45-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course. The Prince course is the only par- 6 layout in Hawaii. An activities desk is available to schedule off-site activities. Close by at Hanalei Bay enjoy windsurfing scuba diving and snorkeling. Plan to attend a mini-introduction to windsurfing or scuba diving.

This is a timeshare resort, but you will not have to attend a timeshare presentation. If you win this auction you would be traveling to this resort as my guest.

A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort.

NO pets are allowed at any Wyndham Resort – Resort rule not mine.

Your winning bid will pay for the condo, all taxes, cleaning fee and name transfer fees.

Payments must be made in 48 hours after the close auction, unless you contact seller and make arraignments in ADVANCE. If not paid in that time period item may be relisted and sold to another person.

Upon Payment my assistant will enter you in the Wyndham reservation as my guest. Wyndham takes up to 72 hours to update the reservation. As soon as we receive it back with your name on it we will email you the Confirmation Letter. To do this she will need – Name for reservation, address, phone numbers and a valid email address.

At the time of check-in a credit card or $100.00 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
