Princeville Kauai timeshare, no reserve

The daughter was to get this but wrecked her car and can’t afford it. (See pix of car). The Makai Club is a Wyndham Vacation Resort operation, a floating week in summer or almost anytime you want as Wyndham is very flexible. It’s one bedroom one bath that sleeps four. You can walk to the newly renovated 27-hole Makai Golf course. Go to Google to get pictures and reviews, just type in Makai Club. The remodeled St. Regis Hotel is two miles away for great food and views. The semi-annual maintenance fee for 2010 is not paid and is delinquent, now $456, usually $406. Closing costs are about $300 so for less than 2K you have a condo on Kauai.
