Items returned for any reason other than that of our Toner or Instructions ( ie wrong item purchased, unable to use because of broken cartridge or printer ) is subject to return shipping and a 20% Restock fee

• Our refills will bring your cartridge back to full life for the first refill, subsequent refills will begin to lower the quality ( 90-95% the second refill )
• You should only refill your cartridge 2 times; You may choose to refill more than that but you risk your cartridge breaking down and we cannot guarantee past the second refill.
