Up for auction is this very nice Prochem Performer Liquid Cooled 405 Heavy Duty Carpet Cleaner.  This cleaning equipment is in great condition with signs of wear from the amount of use from this item.  This equipment is excellent for large commercial jobs that demand high heat and flood work that requires high CFM.  The equipment is powered by 32HP, Nissan A12 1.2 liter water-cooled engine.  The Performer 405 is a blend of Prochem and Nissan co-generation superiority and technological achievement.  Since this equipment features Advanced Generation Heat is saves you money because you use less fuel to run this machine.  Some of the specs of this machine is the engine speed is 2,400 RPM, the water flow rate is 3.5 GPM, and water pump pressure is 1,000 PSI Maximum.  The standard equipment for the cleaning equipment is Thermostat Temperature Control, full safety shutdown, 50ft of Inlet Water Hose, 150ft of 1/4" I.D. Pressure Hose, and 150ft of 2" Vacuum Hose.  This equipment is idea for commercial cleaning.  This is very heavy duty equipment and recommended for professional cleaners.  Truck does not come with the auction just the cleaning equipment.
