We currently only accept PayPal and ship to the U.S. and Canada only. We ship within one business day of receiving your payment via the United States Postal Service First Class (U.S.) or Priority Mail International (Canada). We will replace any defective merchandise with a replacement of the same title within 60 days of your order. No return on software.

Can I copy the tutorials or manuals?

No. Our products are copyrighted and it is illegal to make copies. However, the trainings run directly off the CDs and do not install on your PC. Therefore, they can be shared with everyone in the office and used on multiple PCs. The printable manuals may be stored on up to two (2) hard drives. We also grant unlimited personal printing rights to the owner, strictly limited to the purposes of not-for-profit personal or private education or research.
