Welcome bidders, up for auction today we have a 1973 Gibson J-40 acoustic guitar! Handmade in Kalamazoo! A highly collectible guitar with that revered vintage Gibson tone! The binding has begun to disintegrate, bridge was cracked and reglued, & the headstock was split and reglued. This is the perfect project for a luthier or budding technician! Fix it up and own yourself a piece of Gibson history! This is a no reserve auction- so bid to own!

1. All bidders with no feedback or negative feedback from sellers MUST email prior to bidding on one of our items. We reserve the right to cancel the bid of anyone not following this condition.

2. If you do not intend to bid, then please do NOT bid! EBAY considers your bid a contract, as do we. All non-paying bidders will be reported to EBAY and the appropriate actions, including the posting of negative feedback, will be taken. Additionally, your account will be sent to a national credit agency for recovery if your payment is not received within 5 days. Please understand that we take this seriously and you should as well.

3. Please email or checkout withing 24 hours of close of auction. Payment in full is due within 5 days of the close of the auction or you will be considered a non-paying bidder. The item will be relisted and the appropriate actions will be taken.

4. Please base your expectations on what you see in the photos. We are only interested in selling our merchandise in a fair way.

5. Please ask all of your questions prior to bidding. Do not wait until the last minute to ask your questions, as we sometimes are busy or unavailable during the last few minutes of one of our auctions. We try to answer all questions, in a concise manner, as quickly as possible. However if a question is not answered to your satisfaction you should consider carefully about placing a bid.

7. All shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the winning bidder. We suggest that you take insurance as we cannot be responsible for an item once it leaves our hands. Any international shipping is done via FedEx International- USPS does not provide enough insurance to most countries.We ship out Monday through Friday only.

8. We prefer payment by PAYPAL. We will also accept certified checks, money orders or personal checks. Items paid for by personal check will be held until check clears. Items paid for by all other forms of payment will ship upon receipt of payment in full.
