Pru-Lesco Providence RI Mother's Love Print Original Frame

Offered for this auction is a vintage 1950's, art print "A Song Of Mother's Love"  Motto Print by Pru Lesco of Providence Rhode Island.  It is in it's original silver metal frame, cardboard back and embroidery floss hanger, and measures 10" by 8".  Back of the frame is marked PRU-LES-CO Prov. R.I., it is also marked Pru-Lesco on the bottom corner of the print. 

The print is of a Mother Robin, singing to her 4 babies, with dogwood blossoms, leaves, and twigs, and a poem on the side.  Coloring is bright and sharp.  The motto is in very good condition.  The frame has some slight  rust spots with some scratching.  Photo has a slight wavy appearance.  Fun collectible!

The motto reads:

"A Song Of Mother's Love"  

Loving and watching and caring

That is a Mother's part

Teaching the best and sharing

All of the good in her heart,

Hoping always and planning

For the days and the years to-be,

That is the picture I carry

Of my own Mother with me!"
