Refunds:

Domestic Refunds:

  • If the item(s) were misrepresented in the auction we will cheerfully refund your purchase plus all shipping costs upon item return to us. 
  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, your purchase will be refunded upon item return, however the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs incurred in the transaction. 

 

 

International Refunds:

  • If the condition of the item changes (broken etc.) during shipping we are not responsible for compensating the loss in value.  We are experienced packers and know to pack items extremely well (see our feedback), but occasionally damage does occur during shipping regardless.  We advise you to purchase shipping insurance on breakable / valuable items.
