You construct "puffs" of fabric squares one at a time, and join them to make a whole. Clover Puff Quilting items give you a fast and simple way to create beautiful dimensional quilts. Each set includes 4 clips, a template set (base and top), a syringe and a bar. Use these clips to create various motifs. Create your pleats, sew your squares then turn and stuff using the syringe and bar. Use the clips to create various motifs - cross, rose, clockwise windmill, counter-clockwise windmill and round.
