• For pallet size items we can ship UPS Freight or a shipping option you provide, whichever is more convenient.

We source mainly from large companies that have upgraded their equipment. All items listed are tested to our best ability, but with the diversity of products offered, we must rely on you, our customer, to be the final tester of this product. Every purchase from BCD Electro extends the lifetime of electronic products, and helps avoid accumulation of hazardous materials in our landfills.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your expense within 5 working days of receiving your items.
  We will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Please contact us before returning item for any reason. We can not accept returns without an RMA number.
• We will gladly accept returns of items not in conformance with our picture or description (our fault), within 5 working days of your receiving the item, but you must contact us first.  We can not accept returns without an RMA number. We will pay return shipping and refund original shipping cost. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
• We do not have the expertise to guarantee compatibility or merchantability of this product to your specific needs.
• Our store hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
