Return Policy

In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA).

(except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed
box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
Your return must include the following or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you:

- Manuals, etc.
- Unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
