Please allow up to 3 business days after receipt of payment for processing your orders, and up to 7 business days for delivery of products, depending on your shipping method and the occasion. Please be reasonable & bear in mind that during holidays shipping condition is extraordinary. We ship via USPS and Fedex. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Physical address is required.

For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & other US territories, APO/military address, Alaska and Canada, please email us for shipping quotation.  For International Shipping, please email us with your complete address & Postal/Zipcode to verify shipping availability to your area & for price quotation. 

Tracking Number for your product is posted in your Paypal account on or before the end of every business week.  For some reason your Paypal account doesn't reflect your tracking number, please email me.

RETURNS:

Returns are only accepted for brand new sealed and unused items, just like you got them. Please email us for RMA# before you ship. Buyer will pay return shipping. Once we get the item we will refund you. Please note that shipping amount is not refundable. If we ship you a wrong item we will pay the return shipping. Return is only accepted within 14 days.
