• The product is "returned merchandise" that is located in our warehouse.
• The product appears to be "unused" or has been very limitedly used.
• The product is an "opened box" item available for resale.
• The product is "overstock" from our warehouse.
• The item is no longer manufactured", but is still supported in the industry for service and repair.

Sales Tax
HB Communications Inc. is required to collect sales tax on items shipped to the following states: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Maine, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida & California.

Since tax rates vary in New York, Ohio, Florida and California, these variable sales tax tables are not shown on our listings.  However, purchases made from buyers residing in CA, OH, FL or NY will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

Policies and Shipping:
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as money orders and bank checks. Personal checks will be accepted, however merchandise will ship only after the check has cleared.

Shipping:
We ship all packages using UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Other UPS services available include: 3-day Select, 2-day Air (and Saver), and Next day Air (and Saver).

Returns:
If not satisfied upon receipt of your item, notify us within 48 hours and we will return your payment as soon as the item is returned to HB Communications with the following stipulations:

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All listing and final auction fees incurred by HB (from listing the item on eBay) will be subtracted from your refund.

The item must be in the same condition as sent, with the same container and packing material.

In addition, a faxed, legible copy of the shipment document must be included for insurance purposes. Failure to observe these conditions may result in loss of refund. Bank charges, return shipping, auction charges and any other charges incurred are paid by the customer.
