If you receive your item and it is not as described, we will be more than willing to ensure your satisfaction. Simply send us a message or give us a call.

There are NO returns or refunds on "as is" items. Items being sold "as is" could either not be fully tested or are being sold specifically for parts or repairs (please see above description). If you are bidding on an "as is" item, you are claiming your understanding that this item may or may not function properly.

To set up a return for a product not as described, the customer must notify us within 3 days of delivery of the item. After the 3 days has expired, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request will be denied.

In order for us to process any refund, we need the original item in the condition it was received returned to our facility to verify the defect and serial number.

Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
