BY BIDDING YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. THERE WIL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

DOMESTIC

• If payment is received by 1:00 PM MST, items will be shipped the same day. 
• Items shipped domestically are shipped USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days).  If you need your item sooner, let us know before you submit payment and we will send an updated invoice.  Expedited shipping is available, at your expense. 
• INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL, however, we do recommend it.  We cannot guarantee a package will not get lost once it is shipped and leaves our premises. We will not refund or replace items that are lost in the mail. We recommend insurance - for a minimal cost, you will be protecting your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL

• Payments received by 1:00 PM MST will ship the same day.
• We offer the option of either USPS First Class International mail or USPS Priority International. 
• Please note that items sent USPS First Class Int'l are NOT trackable.  These items must be delivered to the Post Office and are not awarded tracking numbers.  We ARE NOT repsonsible for these packages once they leave our premises.  If you want your item to be trackable, please select PRIORITY mail.  
• Insurance is available on either First Class or Priority Int'l.  We encourage you to purchase this coverage to protect your purchase.  We will not refund or replace items lost in the mail. Insurance is available for your protection.
• The international buyer is responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, and/or duties.

AGAIN - WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL for either domestic or international shipments.  Insurance is your choice and will protect your purchase.   

All jewelry is shipped in a waterproof padded pouch for added protection.  Each item will arrive in it's own padded gift box, again to ensure safe delivery and for ease in gift giving!  

We strive to sell a quality product.  Returns will be accepted only on items that are not as described.  Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product.  Returned product must be in the same condition as when shipped to you.  Refunds will be given as a return of the winning bid, minus all ebay and paypal fees. There will be no refunds on any shipping or insurance costs. 

Please note - by bidding you are entering into a legal contract and are agreeing to our policies.   Nonpaying bidders will be reported to eBay with the possiblity of having their account suspended or cancelled.  Negative feedback will be left for nonpaying bidders.
