Item Description

A Chinese mutton fat white nephrite carved in deep relief in the form of white heron and pine trees . The other side shows a pleasant scene where have a chinese character Shou means Long Life, and under a large and twisting pine tree. This nephrite is smooth white, and very difficult to photograph. we date this nephrite carving to be from the 19th Century or earlier. Due to the fact that the market is flooded by reproductions of Chinese antiques we would like to inform our clients that all our artifacts are 100% authentic antiques and not reproductions . This item is currently in our Asia office , from where it will be shipped. We are taking a big risk selling this no reserve, but we are confident it will sell for reasonable price.
