You are bidding on three thermoelectric modules made by the Sweedish company SCTB Nord. The 50mm peltier model # is TM-127-2.0-15.0 , now they call them TMR-127-2.0-15.0 They have identical spec. The dimensions are 5 cm X 5cm, 3.6 mm thick. They operate from 0 to 15 volts, from -40 to 85 degrees. One side gets hot the other side gets cold, reverse the polarity and the opposite happens. They can easily freeze. They can also generate electricity.

Here’s something only Nord can say: “One of the most important features of NORD thermoelectric module is a polycrystalline material which enables us to offer the supreme reliability and quality.”

  The part has been used [proven] for probably around a year give or take, and most likely has at least 19 years left, these TECs are guarantied to work like new.
