Q: How come the shipping so high ?
A: The shipping cost inculdes a packaging fee and handling fee such as packing tape, white biodegradable loose fill, bubble wrap and a durable shipping box. Shipping insurance is included with the shipping fee.
Q: Do you do combine shipping
A: Yes. We;provide a combine shipping discount. Please use the checkout button below the general questions section to the right in order to checkout. The checkout sign will automatically provide a combine shipping discount and create an invoice. Q: How long will it take to receive the item after payment is made?
A: When we received the payment, we will ship the item within 1-3 business days. Most of the orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

Return Policy: We accept returns for an exchange or refunds within 3 days of your item being received. There are NO exceptions. All return reports must be contacted by email with 5 days. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. All return products will requires a 15% restocking fee and buyer will need to handle all return shipping. For all return products must provide a Fedex sping label, full name, address and email address.
