Canadian Buyers Please read the following: We are Importers of Record into Canada via UPS. This means that all brokerage fees, all taxes and duty (if any) are included in your shipping fee. We will not ship your item to Canada via the United States Postal Service. Do not bid on this item unless you agree to receive your item through UPS. If may cost you a little more, however you will receive your item much, much quicker and in its original shape and box. You will also be given a tracking number. Feel free to ask us for a shipping quote. You'll be surprised! Payments We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders personal checks and company checks. Our Paypal address is: ebay@cerell.com. Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. If you are the winning bidder, and payment is not received within the 7 day limit, we will be forced to file a non-paying bidder form with eBay and re-list the item. Please contact us if your payment will be delayed.. Shipping  We do combine shipping. This is done at check out time. We will ship anywhere in the world. UPS is our shipping agent of choice. However, we will ship your item through the US Postal Service if you want. Please be advised that we do not go to the Post Office everyday. This may delay your item a day or two. We do not ship through FedEx on any day or at anytime. Sales Tax If we ship this item within the State of Pennsylvania or if the item is picked up at our warehouse in Clifton Heights, PA, 6% sales tax will be added to the item total. Return Policy It is your responsibility to determine if the auction item is correct for your vehicle. If you are unsatisfied w/ the item please contact us immediately. Do not use the feedback system before giving us an opportunity to address your concerns. All refunds will be granted after we receive the item back. We will only take responsibility for shipping and return shipping costs if the return is due to our own error. You are responsible for all shipping costs otherwise. Please note that we will not accept returns for any reason after 30 days of your receipt of the item. We assume no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of or inability to use the products.

Feedback     Positive Feedback will be automatically submitted to winning bidders after we receive feedback from you. This may not seem fair, however it is our policy. Because some buyers use the feedback system frivolously, we give the same level of feedback as we receive. We do not leave feedback of any level for Non-Paying Bidders. Instead, we will initiate eBay's Non-Paying Bidder process for non-paying bidders.

Stocklifts and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and their respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased hereunder.
