A VERY GOOD+ HARDCOVER without DUST JACKET. EX-LIBRARY. Spine and corners show rubbing and shelfwear. Edges also show wear and the spine is lightly faded. Ex-library copy has "Withdrawn" stamps and other library markings on front endpaper. Title page has "Lake Forest Library" imprinted twice. Some call numbers on table of contents page. The text appears to be clean and unmarked.
