material or original workmanship defects.However, 
if you find any defect, don't worry about that, 
we stand behind our promise - money back 
guarantee. Simply return your merchandises to us 
and we will replace it or will refund your money.

NOTE!
- For returns or replacements we will issue you a 
Return Authorization Number(RAN). Please send 
back your merchandizes within 15 days of receipt 
in unused and in original packing along with the 
RAN. 
- This marketplace cost us money therefore we 
charge 8% restocking fee for those refunds that 
are without materials/workman defects. A 25% re-
stocking fee will apply to all processed orders 
upon cancellation/Refund of all models of Kids 
tall boots.
