3 days after the buyer receives it | Occasionally, we can accommodate an exchange under certain conditions.
You must contact us within 3 days for an exchange authorization. After 3 days, all sales are final.
The exchange will be for an item or items of equal or lesser value.
Bedding or packaged items must not have been removed from the package. We cannot exchange items that have been removed from the package.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
The item being sent back for an exchange must be post marked within 3 days of exchange authorization and fully insured with delivery confirmation.
For all items - the measurements are listed in the description above, with many pretty pictures!
For bedding items, before you make your purchase, be sure to measure your bed to insure that the item will fit properly and drape down over the edges in the fashion you like.
