 In 1993 Racing Chanpion made their first banks for the toy fair and limited them to 100. They did not serial number the banks but did have the number on the box. The banks had Limited Edition 1 of 100 on bottom of chasis. 
 
The first five banks were given out to dignitaries at Racing Champion and at NASCAR. The lower numbered banks are more sought after and harder to find. These banks sold in the 1990's at toy shows for between $1,000 and $1,500. 
 
Heuser's Price Guide has listed these as high as $1.500. Now is your chance to own #4 at below market plus you do not see these for sale very often even in the higher numbers.
