Nice BIG SCREEN!!!  
Good working order... has been tested.  Good/clean condition...has a "sticky" spot on the front label(just over the club shape).
Measures 5 x 4-1/2 inches.
I couldn't find the exact instructions for this model... but am including a copy of instructions from Model 60-2668... very similar.
Requires 2-AAA batteries... not included.
