Randy Mcmichael was born on June 28, 1979 in Griffen Georgia. McMichael was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the 2002 NFL Draft. In 2004 McMichael put together the most  impressive receiving season of any Tight End in Dolphins history, leading the team with 73 receptions, while his 791 receiving yards ranked second.The Dolphins relealeased McMichael on March 5, 2007, in lieu of paying him a $3 million dollar bonus the next week.

 

On March 8, 2007 the World Famous Rams signed Randy McMichael to a $11 million dollar deal that includes a $3 million dollar signing bonus. The deal reunited Randy with Scott Linehan, the Dolphins' 2005 Offensive Coordinator and now Head Coach of the Saint Louis Rams. He is a great asset to the Rams Team.
