Each LP is packed securely to prevent shifting, the LP is placed outside its sleeve to prevent seam splits to the cover. There is little we can do to help find lost packages If you do not purchase INSURANCE or DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. We will pay any insurance claim only after the insurer pays the claim. If a package is lost in transit and it does not have INSURANCE or DELIVERY CONFIRMATION it is the winners responsibility to file the tracer forms, we will supply any information needed for you to file a tracer.
