RARE 1958 D Lincoln Cent Face Date Doubling Obv Error

I’m not a coin collector but I have gotten hooked on looking for errors I don’t know all the terminology so I leave the grading and expertise to you. Doubling can easily be seen from his nose down to the bottom of his bow tie also the 1&9 in date.
