If you haven't seen our auctions before it is nice to know we have Never Had a Reserve on one item ...Ever, no matter what it is! We also start everything off nice and low, usually under 15.00 to give everyone a great chance at a nice treasure. Also if you see more than one item you like, we give great combined shipping deals, always at least 50% lower for the second item and even lower for multiple, or smaller items purchased.
ITEM: Up for auction is a Fine Rare 19thc Continental Solid Silver and Shell Snuff Box. The Snuff Box is part of a Large Collection of Silver and other Fine Quality Estate items up for auction as you can see in the last pictures.
The Snuff Box is Finely Hand Made throughout, with a nicely decorated outer rim, and Drum form. The Box is also in fine original condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The Lid also opens and closed perfectly with a nice Strong Quality made Back Hinge. The Box weights 30 grams. The Snuff Box measures 1 7/8 inches wide, and is 5/8's of an inch thick. The Snuff Box has a small Continental 800 Solid Silver Hallmark, along with another hallmark as you can see.
I have no idea what the Fine Rare 19thc Continental Solid Silver and Shell Snuff Box would be worth. As usual we just start all our items off low, and will let you decide. Like a Real Auction should be!! BEST OF LUCK WITH THE AUCTION!
