Rare pair of 1970s vintage CHARDON Paris First Quality Western Jeans, Chardon-Paris, Made in France.. Came out of an old Philadelphia dry goods store that I bought out many many years ago. These jeans are rare in the fact that they are made of corduroy in a two-toned color combination of burgandy and grey. The front of the jeans are solid burgandy with grey trim and the back of the jeans are completely grey. The tag reads that the jeans are the New European Cut and they were styled in France. They are in excellent unworn condition. They are even un hemmed at the bottom as this was the way they were offered when new. They still have all of the original tags. The size tag states they are a Western Size 30. Here are some measurements: waist measures 30", inseam measures 35", total length is 45". These jeans can be worn by either a small man or a woman.
