This is an RARE Animated Painter Elf.  It was made by TELCO  and Stands approx. 21" inches Tall.  It is in very Good Condition.     The Head and Both Arms move. He Holds his Paintbrush in one Hand and Paint Palette in the other Hand!  Also Comes with Paint Table and Little toy Train!    It has  Smooth Motion and Quiet motor also!  Comes with everything you see in pictures.  I Have Replaced the original toy soldier with a Little toy train because toy soldier was misplaced.   Comes with Attached A/C Power Cord with in-line on/off switch.   This Item does come with its' original box, and I will pack well and ship Quickly.  Insurance is included in Shipping Costs.    Thank You
