This auction features a RARE vintage Bachmann building & landscaping kit. If I have seen 5 of these in 50 years that would be a lot. Now this one is COMPLETE and in unopened original box. States on the box that all landscaping materials shown are included. Or you can expand if you choose to.

I have been in this hobby for almost 50 years and have a decent knowledge of the modern era of this hobby in most cases, my descriptions will be as accurate as possible. I do occasionally make typographical errors or manufacturer errors. I am not perfect but I am HONEST. If you see anything in my listings that you feel might be a mistake, please contact me so that I can get it fixed as quickly as possible. Grading:

I try to follow eBays grading standards but I feel that my description is a better way of determining the quality of the piece you are considering the purchase of.

Payment:

Payment is required within 5 days. Sooner would be better. I accept PayPal only. I do accept other forms of payment but can not mention them so please ask if there is something else you prefer. Please contact me if you plan on purchasing multiple items. I would be pleased to hold items for up to 1 week while you look at my items & bid on my auctions. Just e-mail when you are ready for an invoice and I will get one to you. If you plan on winning more than one auction, please wait on paying until all auctions you are bidding on are complete. All purchases must be paid for on the same invoice to take advantage of discounted shipping. Please let me know your intentions. Communication its a wonderful thing. Shipping charges for items are calculated by weight and distance. I have REDUCED my multiple shipping charges, I will charge the largest shipping price then after that a handling charge of $2.00 for each additional win. You will receive an invoice from me for an accurate shipping & handling cost. Items will be shipped after payment has clear. Your items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail and you should receive in 2-7 days, excluding Sunday and holidays.  Your items will be very well packaged.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for items are calculated by weight and distance. If you care to bid and I am shipping this item overseas please email me with your country so I can estimate S&H prior to bid. USPS International Priority Mail with insurance is my prefered shipping method. I do NOT discount S&H for these types of shipments. Depending on feeback rating I may ship USPS First Class International (if under 13oz). This will be totally up to my descretion.

When you have received your items and had a chance to look them over, please leave positive 5 star feedback for me. I will then do the same for you. If the item is not up to your expectations, please contact me before leaving negative feedback so I have the opportunity to fix the problem. Also do be vendictive and leave 1's. If you do not like something then DON"T BID!! Hopefully concluding the transaction to our mutual satisfaction. We all can make mistakes.
