This is a scarce stilt man circus performer, holding his hat extended in his hand.  He's in excellent condition marked copyright Britains, Ltd. Proprietors.  Made in England.

Of all the clowns at the circus, the stilt man has always been one of the amazing.    He looks so tall compared to the other clowns (we have a couple in our other auctions).   There are only a few paint flecks.  He stands 3-5/8" tall measuring to his hat.  

The colors in the photo are pretty accurate, blue hat, red coat,  painted face, and yellow paints.   Mostly he's bald, but there is a little circle of hair, as often worn by clowns.   His cheeks are painted to be rosy.    This is a necessity for a circus display, and a nice addition to any holiday figure layout.
