This auction is for a Rare authentic ancient biblical bronze coin of King Herod I(Herod tried to kill the infant Jesus) dated 37 B.C.-4 B.C. On the obverse side: the image of an anchor has faded away. On the reverse side: An image of a double cornucopia with caduceus. This coin is faded with a defect edge but is in sturdy condition. Measures 15mm across. Found near the Holy Land. King Herod is mentioned in the Bible throughout Matthew 2:1-18(Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the King,)etc.. This rare coin type is shown in "Guide to Biblical Coins" by David Hendin #500(shown in picture 3). All my artifacts are ancient as described, and guaranteed authentic.
