DESCRIPTION: We are offering this antique, Chinese, inlaid bronze, Fang Hu vase. It dates to the 18th century, probably Qianlong period, 1736-1795. The shape with it's square profile and swelling belly is called Fang Hu by the Chinese. The simple shape is adorned with 2 animal head appliques and inlaid stringing. The inlay appears gold in color, but is probably tarnished silver. ( I don't dare clean it to find out for sure.) This elegant little vase is exquisitely crafted and a rare addition to any collection. DIMENSIONS: 4 1/8" X 2" X 2". CONDITION: The piece is in excellent condition, with no damage, and no restoration. IT IS OFFERED WITH A $9.99 OPENING BID AND NO RESERVE.
