What we are offering here is an extremely rare early 18th century book on Architecture by Robert Morris.
This is part two, with part one being published two years earlier.
The book features twelve superb plates, including one large folding.
The book has been collated and is complete within itself.
The book is bound in full calf, which is extensively worn/chipped and scuffed - with loss. There is splitting to the spine and cracking to the inner hinges, but the book is holding relatively well.
Internally, there is soiling in places, but this is mainly to the page edges. The first few leaves have loss to the edges, where the paper is quite brittle. The plates are in nice condition and overall, this is a good copy.
