RARE EARLY NATIVE INDIAN QUILL & BIRCH BARK OVAL BOX NR

  This is by far the best Native American Indian birch bark and porcupine quill box I have sold in years. This gorgeous lidded box measures approx. 5-1/2" x 4-3/4" across top of lid x 3-5/8" high and has porcupine quill designs on top and around the sides. This box is in very good condition with no damage to birch bark, amazing especially considering it's age and with only a small amount of missing quills around top rim of box and some missing stitching around the base, but it is structurally sound. The original color of quills shows on inside of box. This is a truly rare collector piece so please check out our photos.  I am sure this would sell for a handsome price at any antique show or shop, but with my low opening bid and NO RESERVE someone could score a huge bargain !!
