We provide attractive and secure packaging, gift-wrapping most items at no additional charge. Everything we use to wrap and pack is brand new, clean and fresh with the exception of bubble wrap which we try to recycle. We do so to help a planet that is suffering and hope you will do the same.

We want you to receive your goods without delay and will do everything humanly possible to ensure you do. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment, most within 24. If delivery is required by a specific date, consider upgrading to FEDEX or UPS courier. If you are unsure on shipping times to your area, just send an email - we're here to help.

Please keep in mind when choosing shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays, weekends, or the first day processing your order. There is no mail service in Canada on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. Unless alternate arrangements have been made, we use Canada Post Expedited or Express Post.

Most items are sent with delivery confirmation and you will be notified within 24 of shipment as to your tracking number and a website for tracing your package.  Any taxes, duties or brokerage fees charged are the buyer’s full responsibility.
