This beautiful unique ornately detailed FINE VINTAGE HULL POTTERY VASE is in great condition with no cracks, scratches, discoloration, or repairs, does have minor chips around outside edge of the base that you can barely see unless your attention is brought to it – see picture.  This magnificent piece is in beautiful pastels of pink, green, yellow and cream and has a soft matte finish.  Please see the pictures as the front and back have the same Water Lily design.  On the bottom it reads: “Hull Art, U.S.A., L 6-6 ½”, which confirms its authenticity.  Please note some of the pictures have an unavoidable glare from the overhead lights and camera flash.  This dramatic piece of pottery is 6 ½ inches tall, 5 ½ inches wide and 3 ¼ inches deep.

HULL POTTERY is some of the finest examples of artistic pottery made by craftsmen in the United States.  The A. E. Hull Pottery Company was founded in 1905 in Crooksville, OH.  Hull developed art pottery lines primarily along floral themes in a soft matte finish up until June 1950, when a flood destroyed the kilns and they rebuilt only to find they could not duplicate the desirable soft matte finish. Therefore, this makes this fine piece of pottery even more collectible and rare. 

We have had the pleasure of owning this wonderful decorative piece in our collection for many years.  It has been displayed in a display case in a completely smoke and pet free environment.  We are in the process of downsizing, therefore are selling due to display space limitations.
