Beautiful and rare Northwood carnival glass plate, Ice Blue, Hearts and Flowers pattern (please see attached pictures).  Plate is 9&1/8" wide, has beautiful color as shown, and condition is as follows:  One point is chipped off at the tip (1/8") as shown and there are two pinheads at the rim as well . Otherwise, good. Reqruires $10.00 shipping and US sale only please.  Also, this is our eleventh year on ebay and, as always, satisfaction guaranteed or money back.  Thanks for stopping in.
