You have rare opportunity to buy this great representative of the British sterling school in non-reserved auction started from penny...This auction offers old 3pc set by the famous London's masters - William Hunter & Francis Higgins I (1839-1846)! The set is marked with London's Lion passant, Leopard head and Duty marks and Date marks (D for 1839, creamer, F.Higgins and L for 1846, Large Pot & Sugar bowl, W. Hunter). The set came from the period where Higgins and Hunter worked together. Later Higgins continued silver production with his son, Francis Higgins II. Welcome visit for references of dates and makers:

The shape and pattern are bright London style representatives - heavy thick silver, very classical form of handles, perfect propotions, and incredible floral decoration... Perfect non-monogrammed condition makes this set great finding and present for British silver collectors!

Marks: all items have clear British, London, Date, Duty and makers mark!



Dimensions: The set includes 3 incredibly decorated and large pieces:
- The coffe pot is 10 & 1/4 inches tall on 10 inches wide
- The Sugar bowl with lid is 4 & 7/8 inches tall on 8 & 3/4 inches wide
- The Creamer is 4 & 1/2 inches tall on 6 & 1/4 inches wide
It's heavy and massive sterling as you may expect - 56.6 Oz or 1600 Grams!

Condition: Old super-gently used set! Absolutely NO defects, NO broken parts or repairs! NO monograms! Few lightest scratches only (insualators, inside gold areas). Generally, condition is PERFECT (it's strange to say for 170 years old item , but outside silver condition... is near mint!) & highly collectible! I hope my pictures may reflect it!
