WE ARE SELLING MY LATE MOTHER-IN-LAWS HOUSE AND I HAVE BEEN DESIGNATED TO SELL THE CONTENTS..... (THIS COULD TAKE FOREVER....), THIS IS A HUGE OLD CAPE COD HOUSE AND I AM A BIT SUSPICIOUS AS TO HOW I WAS VOTED INTO THIS JOB SINCE I WASNT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE VOTE... LOL. ANYWAY, I AM PLEASED TO OFFER THIS VERY UNUSUAL OLD FELLOW.THIS IMPISH ELF OR PIXIE IS MADE OF WOOL FELT WITH WIRE INSIDE SO HE CAN BE POSED. HIS FACE I BELIEVE IS MADE OF BISQUE (BUT I AM NOT POSITIVE ABOUT THAT). IT IS FINELY PAINTED AND SCULPTURED AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES. HIS COLORING IS LOVELY, RIGHT DOWN TO HIS BLUSHING CHEEKS AND LONG EYE LASHES. HE HAS WONDERFUL POINTED EARS AND A LITTLE TUFT OF HAIR COMING OUT OF HIS HAT. HE IS WEARING BABY BLUE OVERALLS AND A LITTLE STRIPED SHIRT. HIS OVERALLS EVEN HAVE 2 LITTLE BUTTONS ON THEM AND THE LITTLE SHOES HAVE TINY LACES AND A POM-POM FINISHING IT ALL OFF. THIS LITTLE FELLOW HAS A BIG PERSONALITY AND THERE IS JUST SOMETHING ABOUT HIM THAT MAKES YOU WONDER........ WHAT HE'S SEEN AND DONE IN HIS LONG, LONG, LIFE. *****I HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY A FELLOW EBAYER THAT THIS LITTLE GUY IS CALLED A "JUMP JUMP ELF". HE WAS PART OF A CHILDRENS RADIO SHOW AFTER WORLD WAR II. THEY MUST BE HARD TO COME BY SINCE I CAN'T FIND ANOTHER ONE LIKE IT ON EBAY. THIS EBAYER SAID IT WAS ONE OF THEIR TREASURED CHILDHOOD MEMORIES..... HOW SWEET IS THAT??? I LOVE IT WHEN OTHER EBAYERS SHARE THEIR STORIES WITH ME, IT MAKES EBAY SEEM MORE LIKE A NEIGHBORHOOD, THANKYOU FOR SHARING THIS INFORMATION WITH ME.
