If item is faulty upon receipt, item can be returned within 7 days of receipt by following these procedures;
1. Buyer must e-mail me within 48 hours of discovering the fault, and provide me with details of the fault
2. I will then contact the buyer to agree to the return, if deemed genuine
3. Item can be returned to me at the buyers cost
4. After receipt of the item, it will be inspected and I will endevour to reply within 72 hours by e-mail/phone to inform you if your return has been accepted
5. Refunds will be made via Paypal
6. If after inspecting the item, I don't believe your claim is valid, I will explain by e-mail the reasons or this, and the postage will be deducted from your refund.
If an item has been listed as faulty/damaged/sold as is/untested/spares or repair
this will be excluded from the returns policy |
